Mail will be sent, and if I don't see some progress on a chapter within a month of sending, then your PC will be taken off the list. If a PC falls of the list, he or she may be available for another author to take, be it to write for, or to feed to the proverbial wraithlings. Contact the CA or the GM for details. I know it's annoying when you're stuck in a co-writing situation, and I'll be rather lenient in regards to that.
