You may have noticed that the server was down for about 30 minutes Wed night. The old 235w power supply died.

Fortunately, I just happened to have an extra 300w power supply around (ordered while trying to fix my main machine). I stuck it in and got the server going again.

I'll admit that I'm a little worried about heat problems with this more powerful power supply. See, I don't have air conditioning.. so it might get pretty damn hot this summer. Hopefully, the extra heat generated will be negligable.

One final note, as I've indicated on the splash page, I'm still having problems with my main machine. I think the network card is trashed, and I'm hoping its under warranty. Soon as I get this replaced (and get internet connectivity back on my main box) I'll start new updates (provided its not final's week).
